Tilia Impact Ventures has officially launched the second edition of its flagship 'CEE Summer of Impact' program, marking a pivotal expansion for the Turkish startup ecosystem. For the first time, pre-seed and seed-stage impact startups from Turkey and Greece are invited to join the cohort alongside companies from the Central and Eastern European region.

The program is specifically designed to support ventures operating in high-impact sectors, including climate tech, health, education, energy, AI for good, and space technology. Diverging from traditional accelerator models, Tilia's initiative operates without equity requirements or participation fees, focusing instead on providing high-potential founders with visibility and direct connections to a network of over 30 European venture capital firms.

This expansion signals growing international confidence in Turkish tech talent and the country's increasing integration into broader European investment networks. Selected founders will gain the opportunity to showcase their ventures on stage in Barcelona this October, bridging the gap between local innovation and international capital. Applications for the 2026 cohort are open from June 15 through July 28, 2026.
